From: Murali Hallur | posted: 05.11.2000 10:47 I purchased all components for a DIY pc about a year ago from CCL, this was on recommendation from a freind. Excellent price, all bits delivered well packaged and on time, absolutely no complaints, although I did have to wait a couple of days more than anticipated until the processor I required was in stock, Would recommend and will consider using again. |

From: Contax | posted: 03.12.2000 22:31 Dealt with CCL a lot for cheap end buiness system components, safe to deal with, cheap prices, not into high end products and limited range, only problem I have had is can be slow and poor on warranty claims, they often test items and say ok but still faulty, this is there biggest let down. For high end systems and greater range I use scan.co.uk as they have the best warranty and customer service, my own system components are mainly from Scan I have dealt with them for about 10 years, I find cheapest is not always the answer. CCL are ok if they stock what you want. I have also found Dabs Direct to be very poor on warranty service after 30 days old. Good Luck. |

From: Gordon | posted: 02.08.2003 11:32 I buy everything I can fro Aria. I've had problems with other companies but Aria are very strong on customer support. If you check out their website they have unbiased customer feedback on what they are selling, they even post negative remarks on products. I don't know of any other company that does that. |

From: Edward Boswell | posted: 24.11.2004 13:21 You may have had no problems with delivery, but you will if you have to return anything. I asked for an RMA - no response to phone calls, e-mails, fax, or a letter sent recorded delivery as suggested by Trading Standards. My credit card company are now on the case. BEWARE - BIG TIME. |
