For those of you you that read the message below about Devcoms shocking service......
I finally managed to get a full refund after 4 months. This was only achieved through persistence and finally the threat of court action via an ultimatum.
No letter of apology just a credit note issued against my credit card.

Thanks for letting us know. Good that you got your cash back, but very disappointing that you had to go through this in the first place.
