I'm looking for a cheap graphics card with TV out and good games support. Read all the reviews, but I'm still at a loss, any recomendations?

Depends what you define as cheap. An older ATI card will provide average, but not brilliant, games support and TV output, as will some of the older Voodoo cards. Some GeForce (version 1) cards also have a TV out, and these are pretty stonkingly quick for games.
