From: Phyll | posted: 22.04.2005 22:35 I have mislaid the charger and the usb cable - where can I get new ones? Have tried a few camera shops and they all say they do not stock the ones needed for this particular model. |

From: Kjell Nilsson | posted: 22.06.2005 17:30 Has been working fine for a year but is now often showing no SD card - I found out that if I push the cover lid at the bottom the card begins to function again, which indicates to me that the plastic lid is not keeping the memory SD card properly in place. That seems to me as a design weakness to be fixed by the producer with the 2 year claim period? Anyone having the same experience? |

From: IanE | posted: 21.11.2005 09:19 The SD Card slot should be spring loaded in other words you push the card in gently as far as it will go and it should latch in place when released, to remove you have to push in lightly and release and the card releases from the latching mechanism... I would say that if your card does not stay in the slot on its own then the spring latch mechanism is broken and needs repair the plastic door at the base of the camera is a cover only and does not hold anything into place. Also for the lady wanting to know about the PC function on the dial.... With the Traveller switched off Link to the PC using the USB cable and then select PC on the Dial and switch the Traveller on... if you have a PC running Windows XP then the camera will show up as a removable disk drive in My Computer and you can browse your pics and then transfer or delete as required hope these answers help IanE |
