How do I contact you via email????

I have been happily using my CanoScan FB 310 and recently installed Omni Page Pro which was working well and then I got an illegal operation and ever since then it is only recognizing the jazz camera that I have plugged in and not the scanner. I have lost the Twain Driver and keep getting error messages when I try to use the scanner. Error Code Calibration Failed or Error Code 0 x 2 or no driver found? I have tried reinstalling with whatever discs I could find and cannot seem to get it going. Any suggestions?

Sorry I don't understand this Forum. Everyone seems to have similar questions but where are the answers?

I seem to have the the same problem and can't find the xp drivers for this particular scanner. if you could help me as you have helped those other 10 people, I will definitely send you a "thank you"-e-mail ;-)

Hi, I have just installed a Win NT40 driver for the CanoScan FB310 and this driver seems to work in Win XP too.

Can only scan 1 time, try again straight away, comes up its still processing. Have to wait about half a hour before i can scan another page.
