From: Mesh Support | posted: 26.04.2006 09:33 Hi Mr P, I wasn't defending the company that employs me, I was actually defending myself and certain presumptions made about me any my work online. We have taken certain steps to improve the support we offer along the lines of staff, training and streamlining certain processes within our company. And no I would not. I am not made aware of such information. In addition to this my purpose here is to help our customers with problems they may have. That said, if you or any Mesh Customers have outstanding support queries, please feel free to email me your details to davey@meshcomputers.com Davey |

From: Mr C | posted: 26.04.2006 10:06 Go for it Russell - my problem has never been with the kit. If it turns up on the agreed date, with all the bits you ordered, then I'm sure all will be splendid. If it doesn't...then I hope you are the patient type! |

From: MR ANGRY | posted: 02.05.2006 12:13 Here is my update, Mesh have now found a fault with my PC! at last!! my processor is not compatablr with my mother board, so before you buy a mesh PC read this small summary on my experience below: Also having called customer services over 20 times I can confirm that they have never answered the phone in less than 15 minutes (last time I called I taped the phone to head and cleaned the bathroom!) 1. bought mesh PC it keeps crashing 2. despite on site warranty I had to take a day off work to wait for courier to send it back 3. they have PC for a week and find no fault 4. I have to take another day off work for courier to deliver 5. PC is same, still crashing 6. another day off work to send PC back 7. Mesh find major fault (processor and MB not compatable) No appology from mesh 8. mesh offer alternative parts and ASK ME TO PAY EXTRA FOR THE PARTS TO BE INSTALLED, I demand refund, they back down 9. now the processor that is replacing my old one is the same processor that is in their £800 machine (mione cost £1300), to me that is not a good swap 10. I am having another off work waiting for it to come back So 4 days off work, going without a PC for 2 weeks has cost me a total of around £500 (Iwork from home too) can't wait to see if mesh reply to this post also I forgot to mention that they have had to downgrade my memory from DDR2 to DDR, not a massive difference I know but they sell me a faulty PC and when they do eventually fix it, it gets downgraded! |

From: Mesh Support | posted: 02.05.2006 16:01 Hi Mr Angry, I'm sorry to hear that you are having problems with your PC. I couldn't address any of the specific concerns you raise in your post without knowing the details of your system and what work was carried out. I find it difficult to beleive that we would supply a downgrade on the CPU without some form of recompense to you, that you agree with before the work is carried out. But again, I cannot offer any explanation as I do not know the full details of the matter, nor is it common for an agrieved poster to post anything more than is necessary to elicit the response they are after. If there is anything I can do to help please feel free to email me your Mesh Order number to davey@meshcomputers.com along with your details and I will get back to you. Davey |

From: hunky | posted: 02.05.2006 21:05 Davey, you simply gotta understand that posters on this board have had a rough time dealing with Mesh, and you are looking at a lot of posters. They all have common factors, the worst being that your helpline is a waste of space joke. Most posters here find themselves in a fight with mesh to get what they ordered and paid for.I accept that I made in serious error in choosing Mesh and regret I did not see this forum beforehand.Buyers from Mesh should not have to fight for a fair deal,as to repeat all they want is what they payed for. This is a foum Davey, for purchasers to air their views. If you find them tough to take then the obvious answer for you is not to read them. |

From: hunky | posted: 02.05.2006 21:59 Mr Angry as a fellow sufferer I was amazed at your posting which I found amazing.Any PC constructor would check the compatability of the processor with the motherboard before installation. The processor company give full compatability facts with all motherboards, to avoid such problems.Checking compatabilities of software + hardware in a system is obviously elementary.I do wonder if Mesh tecnical help gave you the correct info as to your PC woes, as its tough to believe they could make such an error.Perhaps Mr Angry you could post with more info when you can.I am pleased you are up and running now. There are programmes like Si Soft and Belarc which tells you a lot about your PC construction. |

From: Mesh Support | posted: 03.05.2006 09:33 Hi hunky, I don't beleive I have said anything to the contrary. If you have a complaint you are going to make it known if that is your way. Go, do that if you must. But if you still have a problem along with that complaint, I am offering to help. Davey |

From: Mesh Support | posted: 03.05.2006 09:35 Hi Adrian, Possibly, unfortunately this "forum" is quite unique in that there is no continuity, no control over accounts etc. So I cannot tell if an email I have is actually from you. I do have a number of emails to work through so it is highly likely that I do. After the long weekend, I had a number of things to do within various forums yesterday and should be able to clear all of my outstanding emails today. If you don't get a reply by about 17:00, please send it again or post here. Davey |
