From: Mark Bennett | posted: 22.09.2005 09:52 I'm not surprised at the amount of messages on here. I made the mistake of ordering a system from them. I only had it 1 week when the system started playing up. I kept losing my internet connection (and still am to this day). I checked with my internet provider and they run all the checks..no problems. My old computer has no problems. I rung Mesh, and after hours of trying to get through was told that it was my ISP. I explained that I had already done this but they refused to accept it. The people I spoke to were rude and very unhelpful and constantly refered me to software support (£1 a minute). All software support kept saying was to reset the whole system, which didn't erradicate the problem. I should have learnt the first time I brought a system from them. The whole thing was a shambles then BUT I thought 'surely that was just a one off?' but alas no. And now I find out that a colleague at work has bought the same system as me, from Mesh and is having the same problem. Never EVER buy from them, they really are a bad company who's customer service is a shambles. You have been warned. |

From: benosc | posted: 03.11.2005 17:23 Wow!! Feelings seem to be running very high about this company. I like a lot of you were hours away from ordering a system and decided to look into their pedigree or lack of it. Business is all about customers. If you aint got them, you aint got a business. They must be loosing an awfull lot of it. I find it incredible that they have not had the foresight to respond to all this criticism. It mus be hurting them like hell. Thank you all for saving my money from the drain. |

From: Ian Sankey | posted: 04.11.2005 13:08 Mesh are crap - their support is a joke. when i purchased my machine i got an on site warrenty upgrade... yet... whenever there's a problem I end up having to send it back to their factory because 'it's too hard' to fix onsitte and get told that I have to pay for packaging because 'it's not covered'.... Don't use them. |

From: Julio | posted: 06.11.2005 12:52 Just found this site. AVOID MESH AT ALL COST bought 3 PCs from them last year for my family, all have problems e.g sound not working, DVDs not recording etc..... The customer service is beyond a joke. Had nothing but problems with them and they always try to get you to ring the premium software support line which is supported by inexperienced staff/muppets. they may be cheap to buy but you'll pay later!!! |

From: IanK | posted: 11.11.2005 14:01 Don't use 0870 numbers they are a rip off and companies like Mesh must be making a fortune. For alternatives go to http://www.saynoto0870.com for the alternative landline numbers |

From: MikeS | posted: 13.11.2005 13:19 I was just about to place an order worth £1200, when I read this site. Thank you all for preventing me throwing my money down the drain. But now I have a query re.all those potential customers, who cancelled their orders. Who did you buy from, instead of Mesh and were they any good? |

If I could take this opportunity to let those know who are not aware of our full range of support avenues and encourage anyone who is having difficulties to contact us via one of them. Firstly we have our support lines; Technical Support - 0870 046 3636 Customer Services - 0870 046 8340 Please note that our old 0208 numbers may still connect you to our company but because they are not tied into our call management system we cannot guarentee that you will reach the department you require, and you are likely to experience additional delays reaching us.
