Am trying it at the moment. Having problems already because drivers are not bundled with software disc and windows will not recognise it. Can anyone help?

I bought a Radio X-treme - it installed ok on XP but will NOT play the radio station while I am listening; I can record a radio station and listen to it later. I have emailed the address in the manual many times for advice - but received no reply. I would recommend that before you buy you ensure that your vendor will refund your money if the system doesnt work.
