Has anyone managed to download mp3 files from their computer to the new Samsung D500 mobile phone? I have tried bluetooth connection and USB data cable and get vitually nowhere.
I can upload music by bluetooth from phone to computer, I can view call records with my computer via data cable, but these features are vitually useless, I want to get music off my computer to my phone. HELP !

To use the phone's software you will need to download a program called Easystudio Pim and file manager then you can upload MP3 and movies to your phone!

i have the samsung programs and the data lead but i dont know how to get mp3's onto my phone can someone email me on how to do it. thanks for your help !

Hello, could you please help me? I have tried e-mailing querying about th MP3 on my samsung D500 but have had no response. I was wondering if you could help: I want to get music from my computer onto my phone but don't know how to do it. Do i need a special programme and USB lead to do so?And if so how do I get hold of them?

i have the d-500 and bought the data cable and the software to use with it . loaded it all onto my p.c and can connect the phone to the p.c but can not get any further , i wish to take music from my p.c and put it on the phones m.p.3 player but all i get is a message on the screen saying FILE CAN NOT BE OPENED can anyone help?

i have the all of the software but i don't know how to get the songs from my pc to the phone. somebody help me!!!!!

I am having the same problem. I do not have a clue how to get MP3s onto my phone. I thought you could email them or download them off the internet onto my phone. If any one knows how to do so i would be grateful if you could email me how. I have no leads or anything, do i need them? Help!
