Ihad exactly the same problems,then i bought the MA-8260 usb data cable from Konnect.it has a very user friendly interface(Kondor).i have had 4 samsung phones and this is the first i've had that i can actually manage to get connected to my pc without any difficulties.i cant recommend it enough,Anyone who has ever used the easystudio(ironic name) will be able to qualify how much of a pain in the a** it is. anyway happy downloading : )

pims no good either itll let you look into the phone files and stuff,but mp3.s wont go in,its as if they want you to download to your phone from the web,thats not what we people want ,we want to be able to drop our own waves to mp3 then basically just drop them into our phones,hows that guys that explains the lot ,some sort of program would be lovely ,just like the mp3players,

I had the same problem, try renaming your mp3 files that you have on your computer to a smaller name or 1,2,3 etc, and then upload to your computer via bloothooth.

i want to get mp3 songs onto my phone, i have itunes and want to get the songs from there. can i do that? and how? how do i bluetooth from computer to phone? thank you for any help!

I Just bought the MA-8260 USB cable and transfering files was really easy (if a bit slow).. having problems with iTunes songs because they are mp4 and not mp3. It shouldn'tbe an issue but my new software doesn't recognise them and therefore doesn't list them. Can you convert iTunes files to mp3?

yes i can help what you need to do is either buy an mp3 converter from a shop or ebay then convert them to mp3 files and then they should send or you could send your music to an mp3 player by usb plugin then send it back to your computer and that should convert it and allowe you to send it if you have any questions just ask me

I have no trouble downloading mp3s from the pc to the samsung D500. i have a little usb bluetooth thing, and i just right click on the mp3 file and select send to, send to bluetooth device and it goes thru perfectly. im unable to upload photos from my phone to the pc using bluetooth. im trying to get help doing that. i dont have the data cable. help anyone?

I am having all of the above troubles with my D500, I have the Samsung data cable and all of the software, and I can't for the life of me upload any songs from my computer to my phone. Countless hours have been spent in front of my computer trying, but as yet no joy.
