plug bluetooth dongle into pc.(using XP. if any other window you will need drives)pair phone with PC using any pin code on PC and phone.Right click on bluetooth icon at bottom of windows screen.Use send or recive file. Choose MP3 file and send to phone. Works on my D500

i just got a samsung D500 and read some comments. Im in the process of buying a dongle, so basically,

I plug in the device
input the the code to pair up


Is it wireless from the dongle to the phone. or are there wires

Tried for a week and found the following instructions on another forum and guess what it works. Have now downloaded successfully in the last hour. Good Luck.

ok, if u got the pc suite, download the pim and file manager or download it from the samsungmobile website. once uve downloaded it, plug in ur usb cable and start up the program. at the top, go on file, setup. enter ur details there and press ok. uv now got ur details on the computer. all u got to do now is click on file manager, and click on the file u want to send and the place on the phone where u want to send it to and press the up arrow. same thing vice versa

samsungD500 : HOW do I download mp3? I have done everything Im supposed to do. When I open File Manager, it seems to be working, but than it says "Offline" over the little mobile

we have all had our work phones changed to samsung d500,i used a bluetooth usb for all the other phones (as well as pc to pc) i just paired the devices from bluetooth neighbourhood and have been happily changing my mp3s when i get bored.

hi, i hav just baught the pc data link kit, and a am trying to get songs on my phone (the D-500) i hav followed all ur advice but now i am stuck, i hav got up to the file manager, and am trying to choose which songs to put on my phone, and i know ur ment to clik on the up arrow, but its not highlited like its ment to be, its just a dull gray, plz can any1 help me?

Hey I hav d500 and i spent like 10 hours trying to get mp3 on ma phone, u hav to convert ur music files to mp3 format, i downloaded this thing off google that converted it 4 u. try and search for that in google i think its called Smart Audio or sumit! Hope that helps!!!!!!!!!!!!

why would you want to download that crap when windows media player will convert the files to mp3

I hope you are still there! I,ve done as you suggested but get stuck after file manager. I found misic i wanted to send in my itunes folder and can even listen to it but cant select or send to my phone, Any more suggestions!

I just infrared my mp3s lol, they arrive as a new message and go straight to my music folder
