Ive got a d500, dongle, pim manager,
i've filled in my details in setup,, but there isnt any port to select in the connect part,, it's all blank. does this work on windows me? is it something to do with the drivers?

i cant sus this out thus i think me heads gonna explode very very soon. probly in the next few days,....the main reason is i need to print out my text msgs,....is there another way of doing this ?

can any1 help me. rite i jst broke mi new fone (d600) so i got to use my old 1 (d500) ive loaded the software on to mi computer for the d500 and it wont conncet. but it has done before. can any1 help me coz i need to put stuff on my fone. i know how to do all dat but i cant connect to my d500. my d600 connceted fine so i didnt think i should have a problem please help !!

I've had my Samsung phone/MP3 player for nearly a year now and havent got a clue how to download stuff or what a dongle is despite hours of investigation. Really fed up!

Whenever I try uploading MP3s it says 'SIM card not initialized, come back later'.
Any ideas what to do??

hi i have the bluetooth dongle and all you nee to do is install the cd u get with it when tis is done u click the orange cricle in the middle right click your name then refresh services when that has completed right click your name again and connect via bluetooth file transter service.

i've downloaded all the software and have usb cable but cant make a connection between my phone and pc. its always says its 'offline' can anyone pleaseeeee help? going mad!

all i did was buy the bluetooth usb thing and connected to my pc then i clicked on the mp3 i wanted and selected send it is sooooooooo easy if anyone cant do it heres my devocarere@hotmail.com

Want to put mp3's on ur phone just go to samsung.com and then on the right side of the pg it says download center, click on the things need, (phone--> mobile phone -->mobile phone---> then pick model ) then on top where it says manuals and software click on software and dl pims (the 1st one). install everything... after that plug in phone with usb cable and then open file and then go to file on the top left and go to set up enter ur info (not too important) after that you can go to tools on the top bar and go to file manager and then click that and the window will open... after that you can click on (my phone) and then pick a file you would like to put it in and then start choosing songs andthen press the up arrow and it will slowly dl onto the phone.

hi, iv got the data cable and downloaded the pim + file manager but i cant work out how 2 get the phone recognised by the comp. can anyone help?
