From: Alex Cruickshank | posted: 28.02.2001 17:32 Chances are that if there are three of them, and it's not an old 286, 386, 486 or early Pentium board, then they are PCI slots. Have a look at the (admittedly small) images in the group test of motherboards recently posted on this site. If your board looks like any of those, then they're PCI. PCI slots are usually white and have one long section and then a much smaller section, divided by a thin plastic barrier. Hope that helps... Cheers, Alex |
