From: Gui | posted: 06.03.2001 01:10 I try to install Go Back on my computer but when booting, it stoped before I could see the windows 98 screen. I have partition magic installed already as well as boot magic; I wonder if those conflict. How can I properly install go back? I s there any similar program that is better? |

Unless there's something mentioned on either vendor's site about this, you could try temporarily uninstalling BootMagic to see if it works. I wouldn't recommend it, though, as if you have more than one partition it will be a bit of a pain to access them all. I don't know whether other software would be better - PowerQuest does SecondChance, which is similar, and should work OK with BootMagic since it's from the same company. Then again, it's not definite that BootMagic is the problem anyway. Alex |
