Can anyone tell me which scanners have software which is compatible with Windows Me?

Microsoft's Web site ought to have a list of compatible hardware (that doesn't mean it will have, just that it ought to). Failing that, start with the big names (HP, Canon, Epson, etc.) and check their Web sites. If they don't specifically list ME drivers, walk away. Some older drivers will work on this platform, but many won't.
