I have 128MB of SDRAM (SDRAM :( )

will I be able to run a 4X AGP card which has 64MB of DDR memory in it?

The answswer is yes.

HOWEVER: I'd get some more memory if you can afford to because even though the higher graphic card has its own memory, you'll probably end up running more intensive memory software. (its usually how it goes anyway)

So bump it up to 512. Even 256 is good
