Ordered a £1500 computer from Mesh.The salesman took my card number and got it authorised over the phone.(Nov26th).Told them the computer was a Xmas present for my young sons so delivery time very important.They confirmed delivery would be Dec 9th.On Dec 9th I got a letter from Mesh dated Nov 6th(apparently Mesh are making time machines now) stating that my card was not authorised and to send a cheque.Checked immed. with my credit card company who told me that the card was authorised and that the money was gone.
Phoned Mesh and waited all day without success finally talking to the salesman who informed me that I must send a cheque.I told him the credit card had been debited and that Mesh had the money.He was obnoxious and informed me that the computer had not been built.
I cancelled and they took 3 weeks to refund my card.I wrote to their M.Director twice and got a form letter from his p.a. to say they were looking into it.Finally got a letter today with so many excuses and downright lies it disgusted me.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
