From: Kathryn | posted: 03.01.2006 12:27 Hi, I recently bought a Philips X-50 and after 2 weeks the screen was covered in dead pixels. I had not used it for a week prior to this happening was just left in the case while i was away. The whole screen was dead. Pc World said that they would do a direct replacement but when i took it to the store they tried to blame it one me and say i had dropped it or stood on it. They have now said they will send it off to Philips to look at. Phillips dont even make this Laptop, its just a batch the Pc World make and stick Philips name on it! Has anyone else had the problem with the screen. Any advice on what my next step should be? |
