I have a new philips x50, which is great and i can use wireless net at my boyfriends and parents house easily. From: Robert Knapp | posted: 12.01.2006 15:43 You don't state what country you're in; that can make a difference. At least in the US, there may be laws in your state or community which prohibit landlords from prohibiting telephone installation, on the basis of safety. Laws in other places and countrys may vary. On the basis of personal safety, if nothing else, you should have a telephone available for emergencies. Wireless broadband (not wi-fi) may also be available in your area for internet connections. |
