From: Andy | posted: 06.01.2006 00:18 Hi all, I am currently looking for quite a high spec scanner. After a week of hunting I am no closer to finding anything specific, was wondering if anyone might be able to recommend something to help me... requirements: cheap (under £100 - closer to £80 if possible) optical resolution - 1200 x 4800 dpi bit depth · 48-bit colour bit depth - 16-bit grey scale scanning area - A4 scan method · (quicker the better, but not overly bothered) interface · usb 2.0 twain driver 35mm scanning would be nice...again not bothered too much I've been recommended the Visioneer OneTouch 9020 but a few reviews i've read (including one at ITreviews) have been pretty damning! i would really appreciate any help. thanks Andy |
