I have a new Dell computer with no serial port - I need a serial port only to plug in the programme protection device used by Cubase - I carefully installed a compusa highspeed pc1 2 serial and 1 parallel port adapter SKU#271773 ,Windows XP from device manager says it is properly connected. I plug in the Dongle but the cubase programme says it cant find the dongle. My other machine accepts and operates CUBASE with the dongle in it. Cubase Steinberg have not responded to my entreaties for help - modern dongle would be best. HELP
