Love Approach, but have hit a snag. I have a column with numbers in it for Employee Status - eg 1=Permanent, 2=Parttime, 3=casual, etc. Can't find a function that allows me to add up all the 1's and put the total in a field + add up the 2's and 3's, etc and put their totals in different fields - so I can see at a glance the employee "make-up" I have. Any clues???
