From: Matt | posted: 07.03.2006 12:18 Hi their, I was wondering if you guys could shed some light on something, i am after a ACER ASPIRE 5024WLMi, but here's the thing, there are two different specs, there is a high one (100gb hd, X700 256mb, 1gb ddr ram) and a lower one that seems to have replaced it?? So is there a reason that Acer have changed the spec (and discontinued the better one) and Is there anywhere i can get one at a reasonable price (or do Acer have one as good but with a different model number? From: EllsDad | posted: 09.03.2006 14:16 There are two specs: the difference is the processor clock speed (1.6 or 1.8) and the DDR, and there might also be a smaller HDD. I've just bought the higher spec machine, which so far has been very good. Have a look on pricerunner.co.uk for latest prices/deals - I bought mine from CCL online. |
