My Acer Travelmate 200 series won't switch on. The light is on the power adaptor but when I connect the cable to the machine the light on the adaptor flickers and loses brightness as if the laptop is refusing to let the power in. Also, it's making a continuous clicking noise internally (without the power being connected) that sounds as though it's coming from the power entry point. Any ideas?
