my computer will not turn on with the ac power nor the battery when it is cold. once i get it on (may take 30 minutes) and it warms up i can shut down or restart and have no problems. until it is not in use and cools down again. talked to hp customer support serveral times and they say the need it to not be working when i call which i have done and coincidently it started working when i was on the phone with them. the next guy i called didnt want to help until i asked for a manager then told me to go online and do a battery test. warranty runs out soon. anyone had this problem. some time i can get it to start but shuts down before it gets going good. i remove the battery several times until i finally get it going long enough to warm up. any suggestions are appreciated
