From: gary patterson | posted: 27.03.2006 04:59 This message will be restricted because its a slight against buying a mesh computor.There incomplete,incompetentley built and uninformative and there technical lines are non operative.I tried for days and then i got passed to customer service for retrieval even though I have apparentley Homebased cover, a friend of mine fixed it instead.Now it keeps freezing up..(No apparentley the power connector at the front wasnt connected--my friend found out). How the connector could have gotten loose in transit is beyond my comprehension. Also beyond my comprehension is how it could have passed the blase' sheet of tests that was provided with.Well it couldnt..its lies. As with all companies its not the company but an individual whos responsible.Maybe your not that busy as a company...maybe your complacent...but please register this as a complaint. Delete this thread at will--Its being distributed. |

Given the number of systems we supply I think it fairer for you to say that you feel that *your* system was "incomplete, Incompetently built..." I *am* sorry to read that you have a problem and as with your other post I have offered my assistance if necessary. The details you provide are a little confusing as for a technical issue you would not be referred to our customer services department unless you stated that you wished to either make a complaint or wanted to return the goods. I can log a complaint on your behalf but until you contact me giving me your account details I am prevented from doing so. Davey |
