From: jed | posted: 05.04.2006 08:34 Buying from mesh was the worst decision I have ever made concerning buying any IT equipment. The customer service has to be the worst I have ever seen, they way they treat their customer's is a disgrace. When I last used mesh's email support for a problem it took them 4 days to reply & all the reply said was I should contact a different department. They are absolutely pathetic when it comes to help their customers I have no confidence in getting them to sort out problems with my pc, you would think that a company that has so many problems relating to customer support/service would do something to improve there service, but mesh sadly are a company that seems not to care about their current customers. They are so friendly up until they get your money, after that they just seem not to care. Come on mesh prove me wrong and improve your customer support & service to your customers! |
