i was wondering what graphic card is better, im going to buy an hp computer and it has a 6200se graphic card, ...so i was wondering should i get the 6200SE or the 5400 FX?

It depends what you want it for. If you want to play games then the 6200 SE is right at the bottom of the range and is therefore probably pretty useless. The lower-end FX series cards are not going to be any better as they are older and slower. If you want it for gaming then be prepared to spend a bit more money.
