My computer will not load up. It loads up to the windows xp loading screen then a blue screen just flickers and the computer restarts. I disabled system failure restart and read what the blue screen had to say. It stated that goback2k.sys or similar was the problem. Goback is norton go back. I tried all of the modes such as safe mode but it will still not load. I tried pc angel system recovery and still it will not work. I have really importnant documents which I need imediately. Could some please please help me as I am in urgent need of it. I will be extremely grateful. Thankyou
