From: mick watson | posted: 02.05.2006 10:00 just read notes on your forum and i couldn't agree more. My mesh computer broke down last year , it was taken back to mesh for repair, shouldn't take long, or so i thought. 17weeks later after many heated conversations on the phone i had my computer back.plugged it in, turned it on and it wouldn't work. the monitor wouldn't turn on.phoned mesh again to explain what has gone wrong again .mesh told me to pack up the whole system, monitor included. a week later mesh phoned me, told me the monitor was dead and charged me £100 for the pleasure. my neighbour plugged my dead monitor into his tower and guess what, perfect picture.i then phoned nec for their views as it was their monitor, nec asked for the video card maker and told me there was a conflict between nec monitor and nvidia card.there was a driver update available and they will sort it out for no charge. four days later and my computer was fine. three months down the line it is dead again due to a faulty hard drive that mesh installed the last time it broke down. this is the 4th hard drive it has had now and i am still waiting for my £100 refund. take it from me i will never buy a mesh computer again, the customer service can not be slated enough as they are useless, when the do eventually answer the phone. nec i cant praise enough, fantastic service and they really make you feel like you are a valued customer, unlike mesh.
