feel really dumb here. I've been struggling for ages to connect my D500 and pc using Samsung's EasyStudio/PIM software. I have downloaded and installed all the latest versions, but when ever I try to connect via USB data cable, all I get is the following error message:

"Cannot open port and this program is switched in offline mode. After, try to switch in online." Not the most helpful thing I've ever heard.

I manage to get the drop down box with USB(COM6). I press ok but never get connected.
