From: GB | posted: 06.08.2006 13:36 Mesh - I could relate my tale to you. The faulty computer - the returned and supposedly fixed computer which was smashed - yes smashed inside the box. The delivery charges I had to pay. The frankly cheap and shoddy build. The call centre that told me to use my Windows installation disc, talked me through the procedure and then asked if I had backed up the drivers WTF. Maybe I'm a stupid computer illiterate fool but at £1.00 a minite the incomprehensible incompetent fool they have employed to take my money is far worse. The right proper Mike Reed Runaround given to me by there call centre "staff". The sheer bloody rudeness and suspicion I experienced when I reported (instantly) that my computer was smashed. The loss of income from having no computer for two months. The days off - 10 - 15 maybe in all waiting for pick-ups or drop-offs. Drop being the operative word. My suspicions that they didn't sell me a computer as much as a cash cow for themselves - phone calls - at least 60 - 70, I mean AT LEAST. I could tell you all this and so much more but I'll just say - I WOULD NEVER EVER EVER BUY A PAPERCLIP LET ALONE A COMPUTER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. |
