hi ive had a TIME pc for nearly a year now and ive got alot of viruses and un-wanted stuff on it. so i thought ill restart my pc with the reload disk they give me at the start but when i put it on nothing happens! its a version 3 yellow one.

if anyone else had same trouble please help me
