From: Hylton | posted: 20.10.2006 22:25 I had a problem writing to CD On the Windows Media Center and phoned Dell for help after 20 minutes I got through & after long 2 Hour diagnostic check I was refered to softwear support and told a charge would be made, Still under warranty after 10 months and 3 years next Bus Day paid this must be the worst rip off . How many more out there before Dell accept there responsibilities. |
