From: hunky | posted: 24.11.2006 09:04 I ordered and received a new tower from Mesh about 11 months ago.The few faults were scruffy packaging and no paperwork.Software wrongly installed or with the wrong settings.However the average experienced user is able to correct most failings of Mesh.I have just noticed that their Cyberlink installation was set to Windows 95 which is a little sad as Mesh installed XP. Again I can correct this with patches from Cyberlink. I find the largest Mesh failing is quality control which customers will suffer from. I would praise the build of Mesh towers which is superb and difficult to find fault with. Mesh is simply the 'good,the bad and the ugly' I found the build quality and components good. I found quality control bad I found customer contact or technical help quite ugly. I am trying to be fair with Mesh so they should try harder to be fair with customers. I would again praise them for the quality of build. |
