I am experiencing a photo download problem with this camera.
I have spent hours trying to retrieve pictures from the internal
memory having first trying the camera download instructions, which are not straight forward to say the least, especially in comparison with my older Fuji.
The download proceedure has to go via my computer and then to the "removable disk". the photos are there on a folder as symbols and jpegs but will not convert to pictures.
I have experienced freezes and jambs in the process.
Has anyone got this problem ?
is there a remedy out there please ?
