hi guys i hope someone out there can help me - ive just bought a sony vaio va1 from a con man on ebay (i know stupid but there we go ) he sold it to me on second chance offer and negated to inform abelt very small print the second chance item was different from the original item in that the screen was f***ed (ebay id advailable on request ) now ive asked sony and they are quoting (now sit down everyone) £600 to repair --- my question to you all is do you know anyother method of repairer ... cheers carl (billylumpon@hotmail.com)

Try getting another vaio va1 from ebay with a working screen. Take your broken VA1 apart and sell the bits back onto ebay. Whats the ebay id of the conman? Name and shame.
