From: Colin Knapman | posted: 09.02.2007 11:10 I purchased a Mesh dektop @ 1yr ago.Everything appeared right until my son tried to play a game. The computer crashed. We tried various games by various manufacturers all crashed.I tried to solve the problem through their on-line help desk but even a year later they cannot make it recognise the serial number. I have contacted both technical and customer helplines on numerous occasions (be prepared to wait up to 1hr.) The computer has been back to Mesh several times , the last time for 5weeks, I have had a home visit from an engineer and as soon as any make of game is tried the computer either crashes or freezes. Mesh refuse to replace the computer and seem unable to repair it, I am now left with no option but to pursue through the courts. Mesh aftersales is a disgrace and the sales will tell you that everything will be perfect until you have a problem. The company has no pride in it's product and once you have purchased they do not want to know you. It will cost you a small fortune in phone calls and despite promising to ring you they never will. Take my advice steer well clear. email @ntlworld.com |
