I'm thinking of upgrading my pc and am wondering what to go for next. At the moment I have a k6-2 500mhz chip so anything would be better. I suppose I could be classed as a 'gamer' so which would suit me best? Also, at the moment I have SDRam - what is the difference between this and DDR ram? Which is best?

If you can afford it, go for an Athlon (1GHz or faster) with DDR memory. That'll be the quickest solution and prices are good at the moment, especially for memory.
