They advertise that it is as easy as one touch to share your pictures with friends and relatives. We have had our camera for a week and it will only let us get on maybe 1 in every 100 times to email pictures. It comes up with a message that you aren't connected to the internet when you are or it tells you it is trying to send your pictures. You can leave it in this mode for days and it still doesn't send your email pictures. I would not advise anyone to buy this camera.

Could be a temporary problem or they could simply be over-loaded with people trying to get on the system all at once. I expect lots of people got cameras for Christmas. Try again in a few days' time and let us know how you get on.
