Can any one suggest a Good programe putting photo snapes onto CD,

If they're just digital images, you can copy them on as JPEGs using any CD-R/RW software. If you want to create a PhotoCD (so you can view the images on other systems besides your PC), you might need more expensive tools, although I think some of the mainstream CD burning tools will support it.
