Hi,
Does anybody out there know of a small scale, free or inexpensive SMS server that uses a standard modem to send SMS messages via a message centre?

http://www.entellectsolutions.com/ (when the site is up and running) offer a program called Desktop SMS. It is similar to what your looking for , but not a dial in etc , but an Internet accessed and then you send thru their servers, Based in Australia but has access to MOST of the GSM World I can personally reccomnend them to anybody (hope the site is up and running soon)
