I have tried to use your camera with my computer
have found removable disc.
when clicking on to it it says E:\ is not accessable
the device is not ready I have connected the camera
to my pc, with no luck can you help

I need some help. We have an exchange student from Germany living with us who brought a Traveler DC4000 digital camera with her. She would like to download her pictures on to our computer but I don't know how to do it. I assume that some sort of software needs to be loaded on to our computer in order to be able to download the pictures. She has a handbook that came with the camera (it's in German) but no disk with software. Any ideas? She does have the USB cable.

I purchased a traveler sx4102 from aldi but so far have not been able to get a decent photo from it the colours seen all wrong has anybody any idea how to set it

purchsed an hitachi dvd camcorder last year but have not yet been able to get mooving pic on to the pc have tried all sorts of stuff any ideas apprecieated

you could buy a (jenreader 4 in 1 slim excellent value about £10 you just plug it in and of you go carol

unable to download from camera have put softwarein but my computer cannot find camera i have millenium 2000

TO CONNECT IN PC MODE (XP)
If your dial dont have a PC setting, set it to playback mode (Blue arrow). TURN THE CAMERA OFF. Connect the USB cable to the PC and then the camera. Now switch the camera on. Depending on your PC you may have to wait a little while. The camera should display USB Mode on the camera screen and your PC should now have a new Removable Drive. When u r finished, make sure you use the Safely Remove Hardware utility (the icon should be in your system tray) to remove the new Removable Drive before disconnecting the camera.

i cannot down load any pics either!
i only gt one disc with the camera, and that was for photosuite! if you find a soloution to the problem please could you let me know
