I think I know what you are talking about- the same happened to me. My dad had bought a medion 4mpixle cam from kwik save- the one they currently have in aldi. A few mopnths later a upgraded version with better software etc. came out which was bought for me. That took top class batteries and drained them instantly. I got a refund for mine last week

Just been to Aldi .... to talk about the problem on my DC5300 ... one of the Batteries has never worked and the other has now died or the battery charger doesn't work ...
can anyone say where it should be sent ... I was given a phone number but it looks like an 1-800 US number with a 00 prefix to get from the UK ... surely there is a UK phone number or address where it can be sent to be fixed .... I'm reluctant to buy a battery at Jessops when the thing should be fixed under warrenty. ... any ideas...?

The best way to transfer your pictures is to get a multi-card reader and put the SD memory card in that. It is quicker and easy plus requires minimal installation. From Aldi you can get one by Traveller for about £6.99

I have a Traveller DC4000 digital camera which is brand new but a year old. It is still under their warranty until 30.06.07. A group of friends bought it for my birthday. I feel more comfortable using my APS and 35 mm cameras. Would anybody be interested in buying this off me? I have a DC-6300 and can't open the tiff files with Adobe photoshop cs2 on a mac. i need to for my class and photoshop says that it is not recognized. i tried it on my pc with a different program and it works fine. the files are on a cd. anybody know how to fix this problem? my email is bennett.jared@gmail.com

I have the DC-5600 and I was wandering if any of you knew the specific file types for the videos/pictures and/or relevant conversion software. It would be handy to be able to play videos from my computer on my television and that way I can record them on video too : ] . Any help would be greatly appreciated.
