You will now be connected to supanet. In the ADDRESS bar type in tiny.com/deopt You will be instructed from there. Dont take the free holiday up! if any probs contact me on shaunhamer68@hotmail.com |

From: Chris | posted: 25.01.2005 19:55 I agree with anyone who puts down Time Computers customer Service. I erroneously bought one of their systems, in the belief that I was buying a multi media package with surround sound. That's what the shop staff told me. Trouble is - the graphics card plugs into the line- in socket, which is also the line out for the speakers. Hence, no sound from graphics TV option (All in Wonder 9200), or from the pre-loaded Pinnacle copying s/ware vis. DV download form camcorder. Customer service don't know, don't care - I paid for the warranty too - what a prat! Won't do it again. Also, don't return the system for any repairs. They restore to factory cond. regardless of problem or your requests, so unless you've backed up.... Their helpline also costs 8p a minute on the 0870 tarrif, of which they get about 5.5p. Average call is 20mins. |

From: Canmoh | posted: 29.01.2005 02:38 Had similar trouble with 3 different brands, each with expensive ink cartridges. All went into the trash can. Now I have a Canon costing around $45, with inks so cheap ($7 for black, $16 for 3 color) I do not plan to buy the expensive ones anymore. |

From: Chris Record | posted: 19.02.2005 23:24 Has anyone successfully removed the Supanet & Wanadoo pop ups from their Tiny Computer. These appear at each start up and are probably in the Registry but I cannot find any obviously named files. I don't use the modem as I am on Broadband via a USB port. Don't want to pay Tiny's expensive Help Line rates, so any help would be appreciated. |
