Has anyone got this scanner? I have just obtained one. However the C.D. software is only for windows 98 and I have windows XP. I have downloaded the drivers for XP However the instructions say that you must connect the scanner first, before running the software. Should I delete the XP drivers Connect the scanner then download the drivers? I was told that all hardware using a USB connection You should install the software first? This is the other way around. Last time i connected my printer up first It cost me £30.00 for a guy to come out and fix it. So this time I am ensuring I do it right.
