using automatic setting on the camera the pictures are very dark. has anyone had the same problem.

I purched the Traveler camera a few months ago and am delighted with the photos.I can fix any pictures that are not to my liking with :Photo Suite: The only down side I feel is the battery does not last long, especially using the l.c.d viewer! can anyone tell me where I can buy a spare battery ,and how much does it cost ?

i've just purchased the aldi camera, and would just like to thank you for that link, i think it may come in handy.

if you depress the shutter button halfway down the camera should automatically adjust the white balance the picture you take next should have the right exposure settings

i have erased my images from my camera when i was trying to put them on the hard drive.is there a wayof retrieving the images in some way.???thanks

Thanks for hint on shutter button, what do you find is the best & simple to operate camera software package, the one that I got with the Aldi cam does not recognise this type of camera, its not in the drop down list, its a case of manually looking for drive D or E and opening it up every time just to look at one photo.

I have been very happy with my Traveler DC 5300 camera to date, but now have a little trouble. The message 'Format Error' shows up everytime I try to start it. Also I would also like to purchase another battery - can you please help?
