Ascaron has just revealed that its PC strategy game Napoleon's Campaigns will be marching into stores in April.
Apparently, Napoleon's Campaigns is based on detailed historical records, so authenticity should be a strong suit. The personality and traits of opposing commanders will be simulated, and should you wish to face the diminutive genius himself, it's possible to play an opposing country.
The campaign mode will encompass all of Napoleon's most famous battles, from Austerlitz through to his conflicts in Prussia, Russia and Austria, not forgetting the big two, Trafalgar and Waterloo. If you're skilled enough, you might just be able to discover what a successful French invasion of England would have looked like (we'd all be eating garlic bread by now - wait a minute...).
Hop on over to the game's web-site and download the demo which has just been made available for a pre-release taster of the action.
